Front Office

• Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is 2.00 pm & check-out time is 12.00 noon. For late check-out, it is subject to availability and kindly note that a half-day charge will apply before 6.00 pm and a full day charge after 6.00 pm. Kindly contact the front desk if you wish to extend your stay.

• Rooms Keys

For your safety & convenience, we recommend you to leave your room key with the front desk when leaving the hotel.

• Internet

Complimentary WiFi is available both in room and public area of the Hotel.

• Security & CCTV

Security guards and CCTV cameras provide 24 hours security coverage. Kindly be advised that recording off all public area is conducted.

• Wake-up call

Please contact our telephone operator in case wake-up call is required.

Housekeeping

• Laundry

A laundry service is provided, and a laundry basket. Please put the items in the basket and place on your bed or at the front desk. Please fill in laundry list and express service is offered for your last time request. Charges are applicable for both services.

• Turn Down Service

Night turning down service is provided by Housekeeping between 6:00 pm and 9:30 pm.

• Privacy (DND)

For your privacy in the room, please make red sign on the main door.

• Safety Deposit Box

A safety deposit box is located in the guest room luggage area. We recommend that you leave all your valuables in the safe. If you have any problem with your safe, please contact Front Desk.

• Lost and Found

Please inform Front Desk.

• Television

Each room is equipped with a flat screen television, and a channel list is placed close to your bed. Please call for Front Desk for further assistance.

• Electricity

Occasionally we experience a power cut from the local power station. As we have generator for back up, please allow us less than a few minutes to get back to electricity.TV and Air-condition will start by themselves. In case of a longer and unusual power cut, you will find a torch light on your bed side table. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding.

• Minibar

Minibar is provided with soft drinks and beers. Consumption will be charged according to the price list. Two bottles of Refile water are supplied daily free of charge.
